Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier:

Click on 'ADD TO CART' Box under each item you wish to purchase,
You can then either continue shopping, wait until you are automatically returned to the on line store or,
You can go to checkout and conclude purchase. To do this click on the 'CHECKOUT' box on the top right hand menu.
Follow the on screen information requests, name, address, and payment details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. ALL On Line transactions are 100% secured using WorldPay's secure on line server.

Shipping And Handling Postage is charged at £7.50 per order for UK, £15.00 for all other destinations in Europe .

Delivery Schedule Please allow 10- 15 Working Days for Delivery, for Europe and 15-20 working days for ASIA.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy Dr. Denese Ltd. wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied and would like to return a product, please be aware of the following guidelines.

1. Product must be returned within 30 days
2. Product must have been purchased from Dr. Denese Ltd.

Naturally we cannot accept returns on overly used products.
