Q: Where can I buy your products?
A: The best way to buy our products in the UK is online. We also have a mail order line on 0870 1900 003.
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: Absolutely no animal testing is involved with our product development. To the best of our knowledge none of our raw materials suppliers use any kind of animal testing either.
Q: Do your products contain any fragrances?
A: Many of our products are fragrance free, however there are some with fragrance in them. Our fragrance free products are: Hydroshield Face Serum, SPF30 Defense Day Cream, Triple Strength Eye Wrinkle Smoother Cream, Microdermabrasion Cream, and finally our Facial Firming Pads have some pure lavender in them.
Q: Do your products contain any parabens?
A: Some of our products do contain parabens, however they contain them in such a small amount that is way below the strictest EU standards and are absolutely safe for human use. Our paraben free products are the Facial Firming Pads, the Cellular Firming Serum and the Microdermabrasion Cream.
Q: Are Dr. Denese's products FDA approved?
A: The SPF30 Defense Day Cream is FDA approved. Other Dr. Denese products do not require FDA approval.
Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: Approximately 2 years.
Q: How does Dr. Denese conduct product safety testing?
A: We do our product safety testing by a Certified Testing Lab so the results are objective.
Q: Are your products opthalmologist or dermatologist tested for safety?

A: Behind the ear, apply a small patch of product first.
Q: Do you have a specific product you suggest for sensitive skin?

Q: Can your products be used on all skin color and type?
A: Yes.
Q: Do Dr. Denese's products contain alcohol?
A: Several of the active ingredients can only be dissolved in alcohol and nothing else. In order to put these ingredients into the products, they have to be dissolved in alcohol. The amount of alcohol used is so minimal that it will have NO IMPACT on your skin.
Q: Why have my products discolored?
A: Discoloration of a product may occur if the product is subject to overheating. Please store your products in a cool, dry place. The color does NOT affect the product quality and it is certainly safe to use.
Q: How does the new Triple Strength Eye Wrinkle Smoother Cream differ from the RestorEyes Eye Cream?
A: If you have dark under eye circles, if you have expression lines around the eyes, if your eye area tends to get irritated, red, puffy you would choose the Triple Strength Eye Wrinkle Smoother with our trademarked Pro-Peptide Factor™, Haloxyl™ and Arbutin. You would use it at night or in the morning as well. On the other hand, if your skin is dehydrated or you live in a dry climate or in air conditioning, you need RestorEyes badly because in addition to all its benefits, it holds moisture exquisitely well. You can use both creams if you want to have both benefits. First, Triple Strength Eye Wrinkle Smoother, then RestorEyes on top.
Q: How do I apply my favorite HydroShield Eye Serum in relation to the Triple Strength Wrinkle Smoother Cream series for Face, Eyes and Lips?
A: In general, serum is first, then the cream. The Triple Strength peptide cream series is the exception to this rule. These are treatment creams so they go on before your Hydroshield serum. Hydroshield is your last step, to hold all the wonderful ingredients and moisture, for as long as possible.
Q: What are the most important features of your Triple Strength Lip Wrinkle Smoother?
A: It is designed to address what we worry about the most in the mouth area: deep, defining lines that come from repeated facial expressions. It exquisitely softens the look and feel of lines on and above the lips. The key ingredients are our exclusive Pro-Peptide Factor™, Marine Collagen and Retinol.
Q: In the morning: How do I use my HydroShield Serum and SPF 30 cream in relation to my Hyaluronic Wrinkle Filler Duo?
A: Start with your Hydroshield Serum in the morning. Wait a few minutes till it absorbs. Next, put on your Hyaluronic Wrinkle Filler Duo, then your SPF 30 Defense Cream. In a hurry? You can occasionally skip the Serum part of the Hyaluronic Wrinkle Filler Duo.
Q: When do I use my Instant Wrinkle Press in the morning?
A: Instant Wrinkle Press with our exclusive and trademarked Inhibitor Peptide Factor™ is your last step in the morning. Use it after your SPF 30 cream and/or your foundation. Apply it as if it were a concealer. It will be intensely cooling and you can really feel it work. Dramatic changes in the look of lines and dark circles in about 20 minutes time.
Q: How do I fit my Facial Firming Pads and my Cellular Firming Serum in my night regimen?
A: Immediately after cleansing and toning at night, use your Facial Firming Pads. Next, apply your thin and fast absorbing serums that are rich in high powered, advanced scientific ingredients such as your Cellular Firming Serum or your Vitamin C Serum. Follow with your Triple Strength Wrinkle Smoother Cream.
Q: When do I use my Vitamin C Radiance cream?
A: The Vitamin C Radiance Cream brings about dramatic and instantaneous changes in the look of lines and pores. Wherever you see lines and pores, this is where it goes. It is best suited as a make up primer for the night or for a special occasion.
Q: What are some of the most damaging skin care fallacies out there?
A: One of the most damaging skin care fallacy pertains to exfoliation. Most people under exfoliate because the skin care fallacy says that exfoliation will dry and thin out the skin. This could not be further from the truth. The skin is a dynamic organ, the more you wear it down the more it grows. You can take a dull, lifeless, ashen looking skin and turn it into radiant skin by exfoliation. Another common misconception is that exfoliation may dry the skin out. On the contrary! If you take off old, dry skin cells on a daily basis, you open up the skin so moisture can permeate your skin better. So if your skin is dry, you have to start with something a bit counterintuitive: you have to exfoliate first.
Q: What is your opinion about using SPF protection?
A: The sun is the single worst enemy of your skin. Nearly everything that you do not like about your skin: enlarged pores, lines, loss of elasticity, age spots, red capillaries have ultimately something to do with the Sun. It is very important to find a day cream and sun screen built together in one. Because if you have a day cream and then a separate sun screen on top, the SPF effect of the day cream is diluted. So you may think that you have an SPF15 on, but you may have less than half that.
Q: How are your products different from other skin care lines?
A: While other brands focus on one or two key ingredients, we think it is best to use as many scientifically proven ingredients as can fit in the formulation because they can all contribute to the skin in different ways. The key is to use the RIGHT ingredients in the RIGHT percentages, because with skin care everything is in the percentages. Our most important goal is to give you a very very high percentage of the key ingredients. Our products are one of the most expensively made products in the industry as far as the ingredients are concerned. Not packaging and not marketing.
Q: What are the percentages of active ingredients in the products?
A: We would love to answer your question. However this is proprietary information, and we can not possibly answer it as all of our competitors would love to know. The best thing is to try our products yourself because you will be the best judge. You can always return it with no questions asked.
